The Appartments Maena are situated on the first floor of a new-built house (year 2003) in the residential part of Novigrad Šaini, 800 m away from the centre of Novigrad, 300 m away from the beach. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room, a completely accessorized kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a sight to the sea. The furnishing and the accessories are completely new. The appartment is air conditioned and equipped with a satellite TV set. Parking places are reserved for the guests in front of the house. The grocery shop is distant 50 m from the house.
